3. Course Enrollment & Payments

Course fees are clearly displayed at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely. Refund policies are specified on each course page and must be reviewed before purchase.

  • Students may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed
  • Instructors set their own pricing and refund policies
  • We reserve the right to cancel enrollments in cases of suspected fraud

4. Instructor & Institute Terms

Content creators retain ownership of their course materials while granting us a license to host and distribute the content on our platform. All content must be original and comply with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Download, redistribute, or reproduce course content without permission
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, trademarks, and course materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Online Study Point is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
